a great day at the zoo





We had a great day at the zoo a little while ago. On the way round we even came across a peacock. The girls loved the elephants (wooden) no Sadhbh you cant take it home!

the elephants were amazing to see unfortunately we couldnt see the younger ones.

The gorilla I think was the highlight of the day, he kept turning his back. Eventually he got so annoyed that he went outside and started banging on the glass! We really were glad he was on the other side.















This squirel was running around the trees. It wasnt easy getting a picture of him at all.

We spent the whole day at the zoo next time we would bring a bigger picnic. It was well worth it there is plenty to see, we strolled around for hours looking at all the animals there.
The girls cant wait to go back.

    WOW you guys what GREAT pics you got of all the animals ! I love the pic of you both as "gorillas"...do you think Sean would look good as one ? I do :0) Don`t worry we`ll all pack up a HUGE picnic and head to the zoo soon , we might even leave Sean there...do you think they`d take him ???? Hee-hee , ah no we all love him really !
